Last year, the result of our struggle was very regrettable. It did not accomplish the goal our board gave us, but maintained a breakeven. This result, I believe we are not willing to see, but this is the result of our "work together", we do not complain about the market, do not complain about customers, do not complain about other departments, other colleagues, to complain, to review The first is our own.
In the new year, we will face more difficulties and challenges. As a large-scale beer brand production supplier in our country, with the integration of the beer market, unit price of bidding by Beer Group drops, the profit margin of labels shrinks, and even Some products are negative profits. As the beer business that once gave us a booming business base, the beer market will be tougher today and will not change in the short to medium term we can predict. Here, I share and encourage each other. In 2017, we will take two things to push forward with work: open source and cutting costs!
Let me talk about open source, we have deep plowing in the beer industry for many years, involved in non-beer label market also has some time. Compared with beer labels and other printing markets, there is still room for growth in integrated label products as well as profit margins. Opening up new integrated markets will be our future market focus. Integrated label development, but also our company from a single industry products to comprehensive, diversified products the backbone of the transformation. Of course, we do not give up, do not give up our beer trademark industry, the beer label, we focus on how to guide customers to upgrade and enhance the product's added value as the focus of work.
Comprehensive label development, we need a good learning attitude, zero mentality, scratch, special operations staff, the face of unfamiliar markets? How to start. As a leader in beer label production, we should dare to be pioneers, innovate actively, raise our production efficiency level, and improve our product quality, lean manufacturing, cost control and other topics will become the leading direction for our future work.
