● Adhesive labels can be printed on various materials.
● There are many options including regular adhesive labels, washable adhesive labels, crystal labels, double-layer adhesive labels, and double-sided adhesive labels.
● Processes such as cold foil stamping, gloss varnish, matte varnish, sandblasting, screen printing, and C² can be used to enhance the appearance and quality of the labels, elevating the product's overall appeal.
③ Foil Labels
● Possess a natural metallic texture and brightness, making them highly eye-catching.
● Various embossing patterns can be added, and they can be die-cut into different shapes as per customer requirements.

④ Plastic Labels
● Mostly produced using gravure printing press, offering advantage of cost saving.
● Laminated with laser film, providing a strong metallic laser effect.
● High labeling speed, generally above 50,000 bottles/hour (depending mainly on filling speed and equipment.
⑤ In-Mold Labels
● Use environmentally friendly synthetic paper that protects forests, water, and air. The superior paper quality ensures effective labeling.
● In-mold labels and container molding are completed in one step, avoiding potential contamination of the bottle during the labeling process. The labels do not need to be removed during recycling, making them directly reusable and aligning with the trend of green packaging.
● Can be combined with processes such as UV varnish and hot stamping to enhance the product's shelf appeal and attractiveness.
